Navigation groups and tabs

Tabs separate major documentation modes. Sidebar groups cluster related pages under a shared context, like “Deploy” or “Customize”.

Avoid duplicating the same page in multiple groups — link to a canonical page instead.

• Optional API Reference and Changelog tabs
• Group names should be verbs or nouns, not both mixed
