Docfiy is built with security in mind for teams publishing customer-facing documentation. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored account and content data.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We monitor infrastructure for availability and suspicious activity, and we patch dependencies on a regular cadence.

You control who can edit and publish your docs. Use strong passwords and limit workspace access to teammates who need it. Custom domains are served over HTTPS once DNS verification completes.
